SIPUG – AND THE BUSINESS DAY IS EASIER AND EFFICIENT

Since its establishment in 1992, the Swiss Information Providers User Group (SIPUG) has developed into a remarkable user organization, which now includes 23 major banking and financial institutions. As a non-profit organization, SIPUG supports the interests of its members in technical, administrative and strategic terms against information and system suppliers in the area of market data (exchange information and transaction systems) as well as providers of infrastructure systems for trading facilities.

In the age of a very fast developing environment in the field of telecommunications, comprehensive and fast access to information is very important and the evaluation of the most suitable product is of great importance. The SIPUG members are also on hand here.

Priority is given to the creation and maintenance of vendor relationships in order to achieve a transparent pricing and billing policy. A coordinated, collaborative approach on the part of SIPUG enables smaller member institutes to receive fair prices or to achieve more user-oriented products, which ultimately also benefits the entire market.

In order to master the upcoming technological and economic changes, SIPUG is committed to developing cost-effective and future-proof solutions.

Mutual exchange of experience, participation in regular meetings and activities enable the member institutes to more effectively and economically optimize internal processes, which is reflected in cost reductions.
